Great “digital” marketing is where traditional real estate meets today’s high tech world.
Recently published statistics point out that although 3 out of 4 buyers use real estate agents exclusively to help find their next home, most of those buyers start their search on the internet alone and then select a real estate agent. When those buyers do proceed with an agent they have selected, almost half of them use the internet exclusively to obtain that information from their agent about homes they are interested in. That means the information published on the internet is what a prospective buyer sees first, including exterior and interior photos.
With that being said, we have recognized the need for your home to be prepared not only for people to actually walk through physically, but, virtually.
Anyone can take a photo of room or a home and publish that photo on the internet. You can see examples of that on just about any real estate web site that exists. The same can be said about most 360o virtual tours.
Almost every home has at least one (or several) attribute to attract a potential buyer. For years builders have been adding “upgrades” to entice their next clients. These are the features that have sold homes in the past, that not only need to be highlighted, but featured. You can write a thousand words to describe a home and still not say enough, but a photo is worth those thousand words and an Excellent photo will sell a home!
